Shipment Processing Time:

All of our orders are typically fulfilled and on its way to you within three (3) to five (5) business days following the order. We do not ship on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 8 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

Dog Obsessed Goodies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. *Please note, we do our absolute best to package the treats for shipping to prevent breakage; however, we cannot guarantee breakage will not happen during transit to your pup. By ordering and choosing shipping, you agree to this policy.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
