We do not accept returns or refunds for our treats. In the unfortunate event that our treats do not meet your pups’ expectations, please contact us so we can attempt to get your pups’ tail wagging again.

Processing time to prepare order for shipment is approximately three (3) to five (5) business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment with estimated time of arrival based on the shipping selection you made.

*Please note we do our absolute best to package the treats for shipping to prevent breakage; however, we cannot guarantee breakage will not happen during transit to your pup. By ordering and choosing shipping, you are agreeing to these policies.

Choking Hazard: These heavy-duty chews require close supervision due to containing bone. Swallowing large or sharp bones is a behavior that should always be prevented. If this product splinters or develops sharp edges, throw it away immediately for your pup's safety. To prevent injury and choking hazards, please watch and participate with your pup while they enjoy this chew and be sure to give the appropriate size/amount.

Allergic Reactions: Some pups might be allergic to specific proteins. If you're trying a new treat, observe your pup for any signs of an allergic reaction, such as vomiting, diarrhea, or skin irritations.

Keep in a sealed container in a cool, dry place for up to one (1) month.  Our dehydrated products contain no preservatives or pesticides. While rare, bugs and mold (due to excess moisture) are the main potential issues that could arise. For extended shelf life, the fridge or freezer are excellent options to keep our products fresh longer and protect them from bugs and pests. For longer lasting chews, after a chewing session, avoid sealing chew in plastic or containers that can trap moisture. Allow the chew to air out and store in a cool/dry place.
