Our treats are made with high-quality, natural, preservative-free, human grade ingredients.

Ingredients: Chicken feet.

Shelf Life:

As mentioned above, we do not use any chemicals or preservatives in our treats so much like human consumed baked goods, our treats do have a limited shelf life. We recommend storing treats in the provided resealable storage bag in the refrigerator to preserve freshness and extend shelf life. See the provided general shelf-life guideline below but please note this is subject to change depending on your climate and storage conditions:

• No Refrigeration: stored in a dry, cool environment completely sealed in airtight package - Up to three (3) weeks.
• Refrigerated: stored in a completely sealed airtight package - Up to eight (8) weeks.
• Freezer: stored in a completely sealed airtight freezer grade storage bag - Six (6) to twelve (12) months.

We do not accept returns or refunds for our treats. In the unfortunate event that our treats do not meet your pups’ expectations, please contact us so we can attempt to get your pups’ tail wagging again.

Processing time to prepare order for shipment is approximately three (3) to five (5) business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment with estimated time of arrival based on the shipping selection you made.

*Please note we do our absolute best to package the treats for shipping to prevent breakage; however, we cannot guarantee breakage will not happen during transit to your pup. By ordering and choosing shipping, you are agreeing to these policies.
